My recent stay at Bedford Lodge Hotel was mostly enjoyable, with top-notch cleanliness and comfort in the rooms, and a cozy atmosphere overall. I recently stayed at the hotel for an anniversary getaway, and although there were some enjoyable moments, the overall experience left much to be desired. While I appreciated the scenic view of the neighboring race horse stud, the outdated room decor was disappointing, and the restaurant's prices felt inflated. The spa experience was nice, but the service in the dining area was subpar, which really detracted from the experience. I had hoped for a more luxurious stay given the cost, especially as the room didn’t meet my expectations for quality and comfort.
