charming stay
clean room spacious room fresh options helpful staff
the room was clean and spacious (i especially liked the rainfall shower). the breakfast included fresh options though not many choices. the outside area was well kept and quiet, perfect for a relaxing tea. i found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were able to adjust the guest requirements to suit their personal needs. They seemed well-trained. i was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival. friendly staff epitomized hospitality .

the hotel grounds were gorgeous, waking up to the sight of beautiful race horses being exercised. it provides good journeys to nearby places. it is a perfect place for people who look for countryside.

the breakfast was plentiful and well cooked with huge portions (the poached eggs were heavenly). the evening meal was delicious too. a friend told me the afternoon tea was also very good and recommendable.

amazing stay near the racetrack!
polite staff large parking racing stables
i appreciated the staff's politeness. the location is great with large parking. the room faced the stables, it was a delight!
the shower had visible mould, so i did not use it.

the pool area had a clean and inviting atmosphere, with clear water and proper maintenance. the sauna and hot tub offer great experiences. i saw that the gym has modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes.

flat tonic faulty thermostat
The bar service left something to be desired. I ordered a simple gin and tonic, it took an age to arrive. When it finally did, the tonic was flat. It seemed like they opened the bottle hours earlier. Also the room was a bit too warm and I couldn't adjust the thermostat to make it cooler, quite annoying during the night. It made sleeping difficult..

mixed stay with some issues
limited breakfast expensive price
the hotel was very clean and the staff were good.
the room i stayed in felt quite basic. the breakfast offered was very limited, i found it disappointing. the biggest problem was the price, i think its very expensive for what it offers.
